Wärmerückgewinnung in Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen
Die Wärmerückgewinnung (WRG) gehört zu den Basisfunktionen von modernen raumlufttechnischen Anlagen (RLT-Anlagen). In allen EU-Ländern und auch in der Schweiz werden gesetzliche Anforderungen an die WRG gestellt. Zudem bestehen freiwillige Zertifizierungsprogramme um Produkte mit hohen Qualitätsmerkmalen auszuzeichnen.
Die Prüfstelle Gebäudetechnik gehört weltweit zu den führenden Prüflabors für Platten-Wärmeübertrager und Rotoren. So prüft sie diese Komponenten im Rahmen der Zertifizierungsprogramme der Industrieorganisationen Eurovent und AHRI.
Die Prüfstände erlauben auch Messungen an weiteren Bauarten wie Kreislauf-Verbundsysteme (KVS) und Heat-Pipes
Die Prüfstelle Gebäudetechnik engagiert sich beim Thema WRG auch im Normenwesen. So hat sie den Lead bei der Revision der europäischen Prüfnorm EN 308. Diese Norm ist mit den EU-Verordnungen abgestimmt.
Heat recovery in ventilation and air conditioning systems
Heat recovery or energy recovery is one of the basic functions of modern ventilation and air conditioning systems. In all EU countries and also in Switzerland, legal requirements are placed on heat recovery. In addition, voluntary certification programmes exist to award products with high quality features.
The Prüfstelle Gebäudetechnik is one of the world's leading testing laboratories for plate heat exchangers and rotors. It therefore tests these components as part of the certification programmes of the industrial organisations Eurovent and AHRI.
The test rigs also allow to perform tests on other types, such as run-around coil systems and heat pipes
The Prüfstelle Gebäudetechnik is also involved in standard work. For example, it has the lead in the revision of the European test standard EN 308, which is coordinated with the EU regulations.
